Returns & Exchanges
At KIVARI International, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and sanitary stickers intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your parcel.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized postal service location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our international distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
